Q: What tests does Biosolution perform?
We perform safety and efficacy tests. For more information, please check the CRO Service page.
Q: Can you return the samples?
Yes.
Please contact us in prior regarding the return of samples as the amount of leftover samples may vary according to the test.
Q: How long do the tests take?
It varies depending on each test, but it usually takes between two weeks and one month from the point where the total payment has been made. Please contact us for more details, or leave a message on the Application for Quotation page.
Q: What is the order of progression for a test request?
The order goes as follows: Registration-Payment-Test-Certificate. Visit the Test Service category or contact us for more details.

According to our internal test policies, the tests begin after the payment has been received.
